Q: When I try to subscribe it says there is already an account with my email address, but when I try to reset the password it says there is no account with that email.
A: SO confusing! We are so sorry. That has typically been happening when you have downloaded something from our website previously or have joined our email list. Our system thinks you have an account when you really don't. Our developers have told us they are working on fixing that problem, but until then we have a pretty simple fix! We can send you an account email invitation if you give us the email address you are trying to subscribe with. You can send that to us in an email: email@example.com or you can send us a direct message to our Instagram page: @colorlylove. We are happy to send an account invite to you and it's really easy for us to do so, we just won't know to do it until you ask us!
